Two views of damage to the kitchen. While this area was the furthest from the fire, it got hot enough to cause some of the canned goods to bloat. It melted the plastic fixtures on the ceiling and door, and melted the seals on the refrigerator.
All of the food was discarded. The appliances were deemed salvageable after a great deal of cleanup and some repairs.
